Raccontiamo di una liquoreria che nasce nel tacco d’Italia a Torre San Giovanni, nel 2007.

Il suo obiettivo: produrre gli elisir salentini, mantenendo rigorosamente le tradizionali ricette e le antiche procedure osservate fin dai tempi più remoti.

Una sorta di documento storico della tradizione contadina e non solo che si rappresenta in 13 ricette.
